due to an overwhelming number of packages being sent back due to incorrect shipping address we are updating our shipping policy

please double check that your address has been entered correctly!

If your package has already been shipped and USPS returns it due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to pay shipping again via paypal, cashapp, or venmo. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded only the amount for the products purchased with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

Once the package has made its way back to Cosmic Void Headquarters, you will be contacted via email to the email address used at check out. If you do not respond to the email within 2 weeks your order will be canceled and you will not be refunded. this policy is to ensure that the people who do put the correct information can continue receiving the excellent customer service and products we offer.
